Totally Outright is a community health leadership program that equips young queer, trans, and Two Spirit people with the social connections, health knowledge, and health promotion skills they need to be health leaders in their communities.
It’s been delivered across Canada, and now we’re bringing it to Mac in partnership with The AIDS Network. This program is open to Two Spirit and LGBTQIA+ students, including, part-time, full-time, undergraduate, and graduate.
Participants will learn about sex & pleasure, queer kinship, gender-affirming care, sex & disability, and health promotion, and work together to develop a health promotion intervention on campus
In person, on campus at McMaster
Tues, Feb 21 to Fri, Feb 24 (reading week)
9am to 3pm daily
Lunch provided
Participants will receive an honorarium and certificate.
